This chiller is an integrated air-cooled inverter chiller. Its body is made of 304 stainless steel, offering a sleek and elegant appearance with industrial design aesthetics. It features high hardness and excellent oxidation resistance, providing superior corrosion protection. The side panels, upright columns, mesh panels (air intake vents), top panel, and electrical control box door of the unit are all fabricated using laser-cut CNC machines. Inside the equipment, you’ll find an inverter-based refrigeration system, a fixed-frequency refrigeration system, a chilled water system, a water storage tank, connecting pipelines, and a control system.
The chiller control system employs an imported-brand PLC controller and is equipped with an imported-brand color touch screen featuring Chinese-language display. It can display in real time various parameters of both the refrigeration system and the chilled-water system, enabling users to keep abreast of the unit’s complete operational status at all times.
The chiller unit is equipped with self-protection features that can safeguard itself against power supply issues such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and three-phase imbalance supplied to the unit by the client.
