▶ Box structure
The Tianxing precision air-conditioning unit series features an anodized aluminum alloy frame. The inner and outer panels of the cabinet are made of color-coated steel sheets, while the interior is insulated with high-pressure, biodegradable polyurethane foam. German CNC sheet-metal processing equipment ensures that both the inner and outer panels are smooth and free of welds, thereby eliminating unprotected cut edges, localized dust and water accumulation, and turbulence. This guarantees the unit’s superior corrosion resistance and cleanliness.
▶ Sealing material
To minimize air leakage and noise to the greatest extent possible, Tianxing has introduced a complete set of low-pressure sealing equipment from Conformani S.p.A. in Italy. The unit’s panel and inspection door areas now feature a proprietary liquid soft-foam sealing technology that replaces manual sealing methods, achieving truly seamless sealing. This significantly reduces air leakage and noise levels, ensuring high airtightness and an extended service life for the enclosure.

▶ Precise control
The controller of Tianxing Precision Air Conditioners can accurately detect changes in indoor operating conditions and control the unit’s operation. Its control accuracy is: temperature ±1.0℃ and humidity ±5%. For specially designed Tianxing high-precision air conditioning units, the current control accuracy can reach: temperature ±0.1℃ and humidity ±1%.
▶ Indoor fan
The indoor fan motor can be either a directly coupled fan or a belt-driven fan, both of which offer reliable operation, high efficiency, and low noise levels. The residual pressure outside the fan is adjustable between 50 and 400 Pa. Both the internal components of the fan and its connections to the unit’s structure feature flexible couplings—minimizing vibration to the greatest extent possible. For belt-driven fans, the pitch diameters of the motor and fan pulleys are adjustable, allowing for easy adjustment of the center distance between the pulleys. Additionally, the residual pressure outside the fan can be customized according to the user’s specific requirements.
