Product Description

Purpose of cleaning:

1. Remove dust and debris (sources of pathogen harborage) from the ductwork to ensure the safe operation of the air conditioning and ventilation system.

2. Effectively eliminates resident insects, bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms, preventing the secondary spread of infectious viruses.

3. Reduce duct airflow resistance and lower unit energy consumption;

Cleaning scope:

1. Ventilation system;

1) Ductwork system: supply and return air ducts, fresh-air supply ducts, fan coil units, various dampers, silencers, static pressure boxes, and air outlets, etc.;

2) Fresh-air handling unit: Clean the fresh-air and return-air mixing section, the filtration section, the humidification section, the water-cooled coil section, and the heating section of the unit.

Energy-saving effect after cleaning:

According to the sampled testing, comparing the air volume before and after cleaning the unit’s ventilation system showed that the supply air volume increased by 1.2% to 8.5% after duct cleaning, while the total air volume increased by 1% to 5%.

The air supply volume before and after cleaning the fan coil unit increased by 3% to 6.5%, and the heating capacity improved significantly, with a noticeable increase in enthalpy rise.

Through analysis of the test data, it is evident that cleaning the air conditioning and ventilation system has a significant impact on energy savings and consumption reduction for the unit.
