Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory
During the 12th Five-Year Plan, the Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory implemented an off-site technological upgrade project for the “Golden Leaf” production line. The newly constructed integrated workshop comprises a tobacco-processing workshop, a cigarette-making and packaging workshop, a tobacco-leaf storage room, a high-rise tobacco-strand warehouse, a carton and filter rod storage area, a high-rise warehouse for auxiliary-material balancing, an auxiliary-material receiving and sorting area, an auxiliary-material blending area, as well as finished-product loading and unloading areas. Each of these areas has stringent requirements for precise temperature and humidity control in its production processes, and all areas are equipped with Tianxing cigarette-specific air-conditioning units.
