Project Location: Shanghai Tobacco Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Park Construction Project—New Factory Area of the Shanghai Cigarette Factory

　　Project Overview:

　　The Shanghai Cigarette Factory was founded in 1925 and is now one of the core manufacturing units of the Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. It primarily produces cigarette brands such as "Panda," "Zhonghua," "Hong Shuangxi," "Mudan," and "Da Qianmen." The construction project of the Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Park of the Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. includes a combined experimental production workshop with a total floor area of 257,531 m². The tobacco-leaf processing workshop and the cigarette-making and packaging workshop are single-story steel-frame structures. The stem-leaf verification line, CO2-expanded tobacco room, blending and flavoring room, tobacco-storage room, air-conditioning machine room, and dust removal machine room are all two-story reinforced concrete frame structures. The high-bay warehouses for cut-tobacco formulations, auxiliary-material balancing, and finished-product turnover are single-story reinforced concrete frame and steel-frame warehouses, with local building heights reaching 23.60 meters. The modular air-conditioning units in this project primarily provide the temperature and humidity conditions required by the process specifications for cigarette production. With the exception of localized supply-air conditioning systems, all air-conditioning systems in this project adopt an independent temperature-and-humidity control concept. An independent fresh-air handling system is responsible for removing excess indoor moisture and improving indoor air quality, while another separate air-handling system handles the removal of excess indoor heat.

　　The total air handling capacity of this project’s terminal units is 6 million CFM, including 78 packaged air conditioning units, with a contract price of 37,770,706 yuan.
